SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center is located in Sacramento, California. Sales to this event will be restricted to residents of Northern California. Residency will be based on credit card billing address. Orders by residents outside Northern California will be canceled without notice and refunds given. We do not recommend this event for children 4 years old or younger. A ticket must be purchased for all children who attend including babes in arms. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES (except for water bottles) WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
