A long-time member of The Drastics, hesperformed and toured with JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound, Ted Sirotas HeavyweightDub!, and others. His most recent album, Acoustic Pastime, features solo guitararrangements of Brians compositions and Thelonious Monk tunes. Jazz pianist TomVaitsas is a first-call veteran of the Chicago music scene. A former sideman forlegendary jazz saxophonist Von Freeman, he has toured worldwide with blues legendsLurie and Carrie Bell, and performed with jazz vocalist Dee Dee Bridgewater, guitaristFareed Haque, and many others. Drummer Peter Mack rounds out the trio, with deepexperience performing and leading his own Chicago Jamaican Jazz Ensemble.
